Thank you… now on to our hop!
If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning and join Michelle Stewart . If you came from Janet McCormick then you are in the right place!

Now on to my projects:

This hop is about your favorite products from the New Annual Inspirations and I was going to highlight the new Cricut cartridge Flower Market but I forgot my machine!! :( This is the problem with spending time at the lake all summer, you forget things so I will use what I did bring which is also one of my favorites.

The first project is a 4 X 5.5" card. There are twins expected to arrive any day now for a dear friends daughter so that is what has inspired this card.

I used the Whimsy Fundamentals Z3255, White Daisy card stock, Line it Up Cricut Bundle from the Flower Market collection Z3285, retired stamp sets-A1037 and D1561. I used a stampin' up stamp for the congratulations X2 and the stamp for the inside of my card, and Baby Boy Complements Z3273. I also used Sweet leaf ink for stamping.

The second card is also a 4 X 5.5" card and its a wedding card. I'm in need of some wedding cards as I've run out so this paper pack works well.

I used the Whimsy Fundamentals, Baby Boy Complements and Magical sequins. I used Crystal Blue cardstock and ink. I crinkled the love paper to give it a little dimension before sponging.

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is Michelle Stewart

If you get lost along the way, you can head to Michelle Stewart as she has the complete blog list.

Thanks for hopping along with us - we hope we were able to inspire you to get creative using some of the designs, products and techniques seen along the way. We hope you will join us again next month when we will be featuring projects with a Back to School theme. So mark September 15th on your calendars and hop along with us.

  1. Great cards. Love the random stamped background for the baby card, and the crinkled paper for dimension is one of my go to techniques.

  2. Such nice cards! Love how you did the diamond shape on the first card and the strip of paper to the heart on the second card is such a great touch.
